I'm pretty new to jetskis, I have 99xp limited and would like to know some mods I can do to make it faster? Any ideas??

Intake grate, aftermarket pipe after market arrestor, different pitch impeller..... the list goes on. These parts will make some what of a difference, but I am sure what you will here from most members is that it is not really worth the money you will spend in parts for a few more MPH or out of the hole jump. Remember speed does come at a t cost. Enjoy the ski for its current capabilities which are already good and save up and get a new model that will be better than anything you could ever do in modifications:cheers:

:agree:, don't think I could have said it better myself.

Your ski has the largest 2 stroke engine that Rotax put in our Seadoo's before going to the 4 TEC. At 130 horses, it's pretty powerful right off the showroom floor.

Like b15philly said, for the money you'll spend, it's not worth it. You also have to be willing to keep it up, keep pumping money in it and expect the life of the engine to drop dramatically.

If you really want to mod, there are things you can do without touching the engine. You can look at modding the pump. There are drop nozzles, extensions, grate changes and so many other things you can do before modding the engine. Check out that link and navigate to other areas of the site. You'll find many other mods.
