VTS/Fuse Quick Question

I have been reading about VTS and how to fix it.

I went to check the fuse in the MPEM and I thought i was looking for a 7.5A fuse yet I only see 2 5A Fuses and 1 15A fuses. Is something wrong in my ski or am I looking in the wrong place. Should one of the 5A be 7.5?

The 7.5 amp fuse for the vts is in the electrical box next to the battery toward the back of the ski. It has a wire harness coming right off of the top of it. Pop the lid, and you will find the fuse holder inside.

Thanks man! Its corroded to all hell. Hopefully thats my problem.

No problem. I just replaced all of the wiring in and out of that box. Stupid me put a 40A fuse in the trim circuit because I figured that nothing would go wrong before I have time to get the 7.5A. I believe the circuit went bad in the vts housing and didn't signal for the trim motor to turn off at the end of the stoke. The motor stalled, high current, smoke, etc. etc.

I just sanded down the fuse a little bit to take off the crud, put the fuse back in and I now have VTS.
