Video: Help with backfire, carburetor

I really hope some one can help me diagnose this fail.

I have a problem with my SeaDoo 93' SPI with a 587 yellow single carb.

The carb is a brand new BN38

In the dark I discover some fire inside one of the thin oil tubes.
