Utopia - Beeping

My utopia 185 does not beep is it supposed to? Where is the beeper located? I am having engine problems right now and I think its supposed to let me know what kind of problem it is based on a beep, but it does not. Anyone know where the beeper is located so that i can try to see if that got unplugged and reconnect it to find out what problems may be...

Eric the beeper is located, driver side under the dash by where you feet go if I remember correctly.
