Utopia 185 - engine cuts out at low RPM and other questions

Hi. We have a Seadoo Utopia 185 and have a series of problems at the moment. Any help anyone could offer would be much appreciated:

1) The biggest problem: when we at low speeds (above idle), as in when pulling into a dock or going through a 'no wake' channel, the engine will cut out on me. I can always restart right away without any problem though. I don't experience any loss of engine at high speeds (there's a different problem related to high speeds, see below), but his problem is specific at low speeds and can be particularly problematic when pulling into a dock where you're depending on control.

2) Sometimes at high speeds we don't appear to be getting all the power we would expect, ie if you go at full throttle, we might be seeing a normal RPM response suggesting the engine is doing what it's supposed to be doing, but we don't experience the power that comes with that RPM. We might be doing 25 mph at full throttle and the boat won't even plane at that speed and seems really heavy in the back (have checked for water in the hull and that's not an issue). This problem tends to get better after continued use throughout the day and tends to be worse closer to the cold start. Interestingly, sometimes it will be better during the day, and then all the sudden we'll loose some mph (it might drop 10 mph slower then what we were doing) without changing the throttle, and then recover all the sudden.

3) We've lost the power steering ability when in idle (ie the thrusts that you can do which are a great perk when docking or maneuvering in close quarters)

4) and lastly, our speedometer isn't working. I've tried playing with the wheel in the back of the boat near the water output. There does not appear to be anything caught which would prevent that wheel from spinning.

Any help anyone can offer would be much appreciated. Thanks!
