Using B.U.D.S. to diagnose

Does anyone have an answer for why my USB to Can V2 compact shows communication with errors on the CAN light while the USB light is green?

It means it's connected to computer but not reading the vehicle. Put the key on and wake up your system, then start buds and the click the read.

What vehicle and what version buds software are you using? On older versions you have to select the proper protocol.

We did as you mentioned. We have the 2010 seadoo speedster 4tec 210hp single engine.
