Upgrade toggle switches

Hello I’m thinking of upgrading my toggle switches(Nav,blower,pump) to newer style. Not much for electrical know how. The regular ones have two post. The new ones have three.no sure how to connect the new ones. Can’t find any pictures or video. Thank for any help out there.

I added the pics, 1st one is the blower switch, the others are the new 5 pin switch. The new one illuminates. Not sure if I just have to ground it to the boat or run an wire to something else to get the light to work. the blower switch only has two wires. ?

Can you give us a model number or at least take some pictures of the new switches? There are several different switch configurations available, so it could be that the extra wire is for an indicator light, or it could be a double pole switch with two circuits.
