SO just to update you guys
yah my seadoo was like sunk however it was only up to the top of the engine and well it puttered around for abit i tried goosing it full out and it cut out did that a few times i slowly began to increase speeds after i heard it stopp puttering and well it worked the damn thing RUNS fine

here what you do
bail the water out
there will be a black box 8 inches wide by 6 (electric box) clean your spark plugs clean the terminals on the battery and you will haev success tall and u take the cap off and make sure it dry. after that just run it for a good hour.
