two keys 2004 gtx

what are the two keys for on a Seadoo Gtx 2004 4 tec? I have a feeling the one is for towing, it revs high RPM's when using. One is color coated white, and other yellow, Yellow seems to be the main one.

One is a learner key that limits top speed for kids and that damn neighbor that invited himself along and you don't really trust him.
