Tuned Pipe water flow

The Tuned Pipe has 2 welded plugs - I assume is for the water flow tube install. (Please correct me if that is not the case) Both engines (tuned pipes) have a piss hole in the exact same place of the lower plug (as indicated in the photo) - is this normal?

Nope that's not normal, the correct fix is to have it tig welded, some guys have had success using JB Weld. I guess you just hit the lottery have it at the same time on both engines.

Needs to be welded. Make sure they clean it really well, I just had to weld two from a seadoo jet boat.... And I am welded my pipe next week, starting to notice some pitting
