Tubing question

I have a 2008 SE with the factory wake tower.

What's the best place for me to pull a tube from? Can I use the tower? Should I stick with the tow point on the swim deck? Should I buy a tow harness and attach it to the two tie downs on the back of the boat?

Thanks a lot

Second enut here, off the swim platform tow hook.

It’s generally considered dangerous to tow any inflatable from the tower. Risk of flipping tubers and believe it adds more stress to the tower, not designed for that kind of drag vs ski/boards.

I bought the airhead orb booster ball. It comes with a tow rope. The ball makes a huge diff, keeps the rope out of the water making it easier to swing tube out of the wake and prevents tubes nosediving at low speeds. The only change I made is added a short section of ski rope to the boat end, the supplied rope is a bit bulky for the tow hook.

I use the swim deck tow point when I’m pulling my smaller tube (single person) I use the transom hooks when I pull the larger 3 person tube with a y adapter.
