hello ,
I was wondering if and what anyone uses as far as tubes and tow ropes that they pull with their Seadoo? I have a 1996 GTI and would like to pull the Grandkids in something with this ski. Let me know please. thanks Randy

Legally you can pull 1 on a tube. I use those quick disconnects to attach rope and tube. Just keep it away from the jet pump

Check your laws up there. In NC, you can have the total amount of skiers/riders as the ski allows alone. A GTI is a three person ski, so you can have a total of three people in whatever combo.. And here, if you have mirrors, you don't need a spotter. So I can pull 2 in a tube with my GTX.

To answer the question,
We use a two person WOW tube from Sam's Club. One you sit in with a back rest and a place for them to sit. You can also pull it backwards which the kids like too. We also have a flat one, but the kids don't like it as much. Also, the wow tube is easier to get on plane. The flat one tries to go down first. As far as ropes go, we just use a cheapie basic rope.

I'm a big fan of just the plain old circular ones (not the donut ones). Cheap and fun once you learn some tricks like jumping wake to wake and flips

I like the noodle idea to keep the rope out of the pump area..tubes are trial and error. I usually scope Out what other people use and see how they work.

How does this tube work with 1 kid in it? Does it lean or anything.

If you're asking me, I've never tried it with one, but I think it would lean and be unstable. I have had one adult and one child on it and it leaned a little like that.
