Trouble with my Challenger 787 1997

Hi Guys,

I get this trouble with my Challenger my engine doesn't deliver full power/spped/rpm.
If im alone im only able to gets 6000rpm for 32mph
If im with my wife im only able to get 5500 rpm for 26mph after along time and sometime its bogging and get back to 4800-5000rpm and only 15mph

List of all work done on my Challenger:
-Carb Rebuilt with all OEM parts
-New rave valve
-New water regulator
-New Throttle cable
-Change all Tempo line
-New Spark Plug & Cable
-Engine compression 150/152
-New batterie
-Complete Rebuilt of propulsion system with new impeller
-New carbon seal/boot

I need your help! I dont know what else can i do...

I need your help! I dont know what else can i do...

It sounds foolish but double check that your raves are inserted the correct way, pull your plugs and make sure the impeller is spinning freely and not binding because of engine misalignment, check your rave o rings and bellows just a thought.
