Trouble finding Rubber bellow boot cover for reverse cable

Hey guys, I'm looking for the rubber boot cover that protects the reverse cable from water. It's located outside the boat by the bucket. I've been to the dealerships and searched the Internet but can't find it. It didnt come with the new reverse cable I'm installing and my old boot cover is torn. Any help would be great, thx

A seadoo dealer for any "Mercury" part has been useless in the last 7 years.

BUT... a Mercury shop (or any boat shop) should be able to get you what you need. They are Morris, or Teleflex cables... and are generic.


But... I'm feeling helpful. So... this may fit.

Crowley Marine has both the steering cable and reverse cable bellows. The part # for the reverse cable for your boat (same as mine - 2002 Challenger 2000) is 877581A5

Cool, that is why I said to check the dimensions, I just stumbled on it and it look close. GLAD you got the correct one though!
