Hey guys I recently replaced my bars with some aftermarkey pro tapers and added a UMI finger throttle on my 96 xp. Looking for a billet trim button housing and for a billet start stop button housing. Anyone know what Im talking about or where I could find it?

Yeah thats it. Just seems so expensive on their I cant justify that its worth that.

Pricey, kinda. But I'd be willing to say that used isn't going to run much less. If you want to cool look it's gonna cost ya. Now you need to get the UMI steering system and ditch the stock turkey neck look.

Here's a trim switch housing

Then you need a starter switch housing

So between those two your at $104.78. Or just drop $124.90 and have it all on one side. Oh, plus you get the stress of winning the other auction, and the $104.78 is only if you win it and no one else bids on it.

You think that trim housing would fit my 96 xp? I dont really see how it would tighten to the bars other than just slide on.

Yes, there are two set screws that hold it on, but with the black anodize you can't see them. If you look at the pic of the back you can barely make them out, they are on the bottom side of the pic.

Here you go, I posted this catalog a while back. 10 pictures down, you'll see the housing.

Where do I get the actually buttons for the trim that go in that housing? or do I use the stock one some how?

You take the OEM ones from your housings and put them in the aftermarket housings.

I mean the button itself as in the rubber pieces
. On a factory housing the trim is one piece. Do you just cut it in half to fit it in?
