Trailer Loading Question

I have another question regarding my trailer. I just replaced my bunks recently. Now when I load the boat onto the trailer, it is just off center. I tried having the trailer at different water heights (bunks totally under water, top third of the bunks out of the water, etc.) but the boat wants to sit off center as shown in the photos. What can I do to center the boat better on the trailer? Would I have to adjust the bunks somehow?

the boat is sitting on the bunks so they need adjusted. may have to be trial and error to get them right.
