Tower Questions

So I have a few questions about the tower on my Doo.

I have an 2008 150 Speedster 215HP. I'm thinking of removing the tower and just putting it back on when I need to. Does anyone know if this is tough to do?

Also I find that when I'm whipping around the lake the tower sure squeaks alot and moves side to side a little bit. Is this something that is Normal?

Any Information would be much appreciated.

typically towers are not suppose to make any noise at all. but every manufacturers quality is different. when pulling someone the tower can bend slightly but return to its normal position as the weight on it is decreased. but it shouldnt make noise unless parts of it are not tightend properly. i notice with my tower, if my front heim joints loosen just a smidge i get a ton of clanging when i hit waves and its not loaded (pulling anyone). when i am pulling someone i may get an occasional ping but its nothing that draws concern to me. they claim its "the silent tower", but hey nobodies perfect.

hopefully someone with your exact model and application will chime in and admitt howmuch noise their oem tower makes and you can compare with them.

Yeah I hope that someone with the same boat can pop their two cents in too. My tower clangs when i hit waves as well. Maybe i just need to tighten the hex bolts/torx bolts on the tower.
