Touch up and paint GTI 130se

I have a 2015 Blue GTI that got some bad scratches on top of the foot well when taking it out of the water last year. One looked like it may have gone through the fiberglass with a small hole like the size of a nail. That space and another are scratched pretty good.

Are their kits I can buy to touch up the fiberglass and then match the GTI blue paint?

you can get gel coat kits from your seadoo dealer or Gelcoat international has kits for seadoo products. they have kits specific to the colour your looking for.
