My parts came in today and I need to know the torque setting for the impeller so I can finish the job.

That seal on the impeller side is a major PITA. I bet it took an hour with a drimil tool before I got that sucker removed and replaced.

Looks like 85ftlbs with lock-tight 245(blue) + primer, says let cure 24hrs if primer isn't used.

edit: My bad eyes, lock-tight #243(blue) on shaft threads

The shaft end might hang up on the lip seal, there's a seal protector tool for the end of the shaft or maybe you can make one out of some thin material cut from a 1 liter coca-cola bottle or aluminum can and insert it in the seal to help get the shaft up through past the lip without damaging the lip then pull the seal protector material out once the shaft is past the lip.

I guess you've been to a similar rodeo a few times before....

Well one out of two cant be bad? I had the seal installation tool but not the puller so I cut the seal with the dremel and took it out in two pieces. I then put marine grease on the seal so the shaft would slide through it without damage.
