And I found one of my plastic vanes in the pump has a big peace of it missing. I will post pics. Anyway wow was that easy. And I also found out I have water coming in the exhaust outlet? Is there a seal there. I can see it running in

Water out of the exhaust is normal, it's water cooled. Thats why when you pull your ski out you should run the engine for a few sec. on the trailer to empty the water box.

Is the water leaking out the exhaust... or into the hull past the fitting? If it's leaking in... yes, there is a gasket. Pull the fitting and replace the gasket.

The pump is OK. If you want a new(er) one.. check eBay. You can get a bronze pump for under $100. I sold a nice one for $75 last year. Also... if you can fix the impeller. Use a backer... and flatten the blade, then check the pitch.

Yes there is water leaking into the hull from outside. Who makes a bronze pump? Wow that cheap. I love this thing. Thanks again for theadvice ok looked on ebay found a bunch of bronze pumps, how do i know which one will fit mine? mine bpump body has one line going in the hull for cooling, most of these pumps have 2 lines,

i just bought the boat bro, with a full tank of fuel and 3 adults i coudnt even get up on plane today, i had a blast anyway, it kinda has an intermittent miss also, but im gonna deal with my pump issues first, cleaned the raves today and new plugs but it still has it, im pretty sure its a fuel issue, if i knew what bronze pump fit mine i would buy one off ebay just to have a second one around already rebuilt with a good impellar in it ready to go
