Tips on removing stickers?

My T-X port side stickers are a little ripped on the edges. Obviously not a project for the middle of the season (I got it in July) but now that I'm taking it out for the winter I want to start this. I will be removing the damaged stickers and seeing how it looks sticker-less. If I like it, I'll do the other side as well. If not, I'll buy new port side ones.

But to do that I need to know the best way to get these suckers off

Also feel free to throw your opinion in on how it'll look.

Get a hair dryer.Warm setting and just warm them up.They''ll peel off easily.Any glue left?wd40,let it sit for 20 mins and wipe off

Yup, that should cover it....err I mean uncover it.
If you decide to put new ones on, and if you wax your ski, make sure you don't wax that area before attaching the new decals.

Actually decided to let my mechanic take them off since he does vinyls too. He said he'll try and blend in the paint (he's also doing the custom opas delete where he fills in that whole gap of the hull). This way I'll either leave it de-stickered or get custom ones down the road.

There is 2 guys on this site that do or have contacts to do full custom stickers for skiis. And they look pretty bloody good. am having a brain fart here,so please anyone correct me if I am wrong.Dr Honda and Seadooya(sorry guys if this is wrong)

I'm going to see how it looks without the X or Sea Doo stickers and go from there. I think it might look pretty sharp.
