Timing marks for 2 720s

OK guys its been 3 months on my resto of a 98 speedster. I have 2 rebuilt 720s and since my PTOs are new along with the motors I no longer have the factory timing marks. The manual shows how to make the new marks on the PTO the problem I'm finding is where in the world to find the tool PN 295 000 130 that bolts to the PTO cover studs to make the marks. Got to be some other way. Yeah one could eyeball it, but than you might as well adjust the timing with an ouiji board. Help:facepalm:

Thank you "Watercraft Magic" for your post on timing the motor and bluing the flywheel taper. There is nowhere in the manual about the scribe marks so I guess they want you to buy a TDC dial gauge and the timing mark PTO bracket for shits and giggles. Cant believe it was that easy
