Thumbs up for posts

So I feel it is my forum duty to thumb up posts I find helpful, yet every time I try to it displays a red thumbs down (which I don't want to do). What am I missing here?

I was wondering the same thing!

Once you hit the thumbs up, it turns red so you can undo it if you'd like.
