I am new to the PWC world, we recently bought a 2006 Seadoo Challenger 180 supercharged. It ran great four or five times and now it will not go above 6000RPMs which is about 1/2 throttle. It runs fine up to that point. I can push it from 1/2 throttle to max with no change in engine sound or speed. The throttle cable is fine and there is not anything in the impeller. What could it be? Supercharger still has the ceramic washers, we think, and are sending that off the get rebuilt this winter. It has under 100 hours.

You need to get the SC rebuilt ASAP... if those ceramic washers fail, you will be pulling the engine. The engine hours have very little to do with it, it is a age thing. They are brittle and simply break...
