just tried out my 2006 speedster wake 430hp, i did not like how the throttle wont hold its position, like my old seadoo would, if i let go of the throttle they would fall down, basically leaving you to have to hold them constantly. is there a way to make them stiffer so they will stay where you put them? some kinda of adjustment or something?
also noticed, the rpm were not matching at the same throttle positions, how accurate are the rpm gauges? the port engine would hit around 7,700 max while the starboard nailed 8,000 quickly and held it.

Not sure about the throttle not holding position...but as far as the rpm differences I have the same boat and she does the same thing. One engine runs about 300-400 rpm difference.

If you run a search on the forum for 'throttle cable adjustment' and there should be some previous posts that will help out
