throttle cable

my 1998 challenger 1800 has a bad right hand throttle cable. After searching the internet, there is an abundance of L.H. cables, but "few and far between" R.H. cables. Can i use a L.H. cable, or does it truly matter?

I don't have a challenger so this is just my opinion but I don't see how it would matter if the cable is long enough to reach the carb and can be adjusted for proper play.

yeah. I have been doing a lot of research. seems like the right cable has been discontinued, and everyone has the left cable.
Hope it works right.
