Where did you find it? I am almost 100% that is a scam. That boat is worth 15000 to 20000.

if you saw it on craigslist it is. when you put that deposit down. you will never see or hear from them again. unless they try to get you to help them scam someone else to get your money back. alot of these happen. it's someone in nigera who post these thing, then get peoples contact info and uses it in the next scam. if it seems to good to be true. it is.

Found the ad online and responded.

Legally I'll crush the guy, if this is a scam....as I deal with Russian oil refineries so if he does get my 6k and runs.. the world is not big enough that I cant find him..

But before I commit, I will send a rep to Maine for a viewing. Ive already asked for a time/ date video of boat, ill post this if and when it comes.

Thanks for responding.

you will not be able to touch them unless you do the deal through some sort of federal system ie post office, fdic insured back, ect.... just be careful man my dad got ripped off like this last year... then the guy used his infomation to scam someone else and they came after him!
