Hi All,

I'm hoping this will clear up my warm starting issues and help with my gas mileage. I have a 2003 SeaDoo Islandia with a 2003 240EFI M2. Does anyone know the exact part number for the port side temperature sensor that others have had a problem with? There seems to be some posts with different part numbers and i would like to be sure before i order.

Thanks
Nick

Check this link here because it depends on the S/N of your engine, mine is S/N 410744 so I looked up the 858535 sensor to find that it listed two other numbers (click on the more part options). I ended up getting # 889575 off of ebay for $24.

Just in case your engine serial number should be on your air handler S_N.jpg

I ordered the part for 30 bucks on ebay. My S/N was in the same range as yours.
Thanks for clearing that up.

Great! Also remember that if it does not fix the problem, you now have an extra one in case the starboard side temp sensor goes out, they are the same sensor, one is on the inlet side and one is on the outlet side.
