I put my boat in water yesterday and it was taking on a lot of water. When I pulled the boat out of water one of the o rings on drain plug was cracked what that be the issues? seem like a lot of water, what else could it be? t

Maybe your exhuast hoses or its clamp or carbon ring on your drive shaft broken!

Could be an issue but I don't think it would be a LOT of water. The drain is tapered and the scuppers on the boat should drain the water.

Could be the carbon seal or a seal for the exhaust which would allow for water to leak quickly into the hull.

Repairing and selling iPads, iPhones and Mini iPads.

I would check tighten all the water hoses on the exhaust system and check carbon seal and boot clamps. I had more water than usual getting in my carbon seal was OK, just loose fittings.
