All,
I have a 2008 Speedster 150 with the 215HP engine. I have approximately 200 hours on the boat and use it mostly to pull slalom skiers. I've been told that the super charger needs to be rebuilt every 200 hours so I'm either rebuilding the stock model or moving up...?
Want to upgrade the supercharger to the 260HP model with the 42lbs injectors. My concern is will this cause any other issues or is it just a bolt on as the aftermarket vendor has advertised? Has anyone attempted one of these swaps?
Appreciate the advice...

I own a 2008 Challenger SE 430 and am interested in the same thing. Very interested in any information about upgrades to the 215HP motors.

Direct bolt in. The X charger replaces your factory charger and just replace your factory injectors with the 42lb injectors. Nothing else to it. It is a very safe and noticeable mod.

Nice, the SeaDoo dealer quoted me $800 to rebuild my stock SC and this upgrade is only $300 more plus the boost in HP. Time to order the parts and prep the boat. Thanks,

$800 for a rebuild??? Wow that way high. My last rebuild with the upgraded shaft and everything ran me just north of $500 parts and labor at my dealer. I'd look into another dealer in the future.

For a seadoo dealer, that may be the cheapest rebuild i've ever heard of. Keep a good relationship with that one! Just took a look at the receipt from previous owner of my boat when he had the dealer rebuild the sc in 2009, $425 for parts and $360 labor, pretty much in line with OP's quote.

I am doing the XX xharger on my 215 Sportster. According to my mechanic (works for BRP) I have to have the new ECU, 50lb injectors, fuel regulator, Tuned impeller etc. I thought you could just put a bigger unit I was wrong. He also did the Riva air intake and thru hull exhaust already for me.

I am new to this forum and I was trying to upload some video clips of my boat but it doesn't like the .MOV format i guess? Any suggestions?
