Got to take the boat out on Friday but the remaining days of our Memorial Day weekend was washed out here in Virginia.

One slight issues I had was for some reason when I was coasting I couldn't pull the gate lever from forward to neutral. It would come back but stop just before where it usually locks into place. After some wiggling it finally went back to neutral. I had no other problems for the rest of the day.

I want to check my lines and lube them up but is there something else I should also check? Also what should I use for lube?

There is a small hook and pin and spring on the left side of the pump. When put in forward it locks in place to keep the bucket from falling down at high speeds.
