Storage compartment water issue

Hi,
I've got a speedster150. In the front storage compartment (in front of the driver) under the fire extinguisher, water keep coming out of the little hole. I've tilted to boat and the trailer upwards to empty the remaining water from the drain plugs hoping that would do the job but I still have water coming up from the hole. Any ideas where the water is coming from?

I have no idea. There shouldn't be any water in that compartment. Unless your submarining the boat.........

I have a 2005 Sportster (215hp 4-Tec). I also have water coming up from under the fire extinguisher in the storage compartment area. It appears be syphoning up from the hull area- there must be drain hole under the fire extinguisher box although I can't actually see it. Does anyone have any suggestions, other than removing the fire extinguisher box by drilling out the rivets?
