sticky thottle

i,ve got a 99xp limited and the throttle keeps sticking nearly everytime i give it full. the cable is well greased and so is the carbs. any ideas???? thanks

The throttle cable on your model has a junction box where the finger throttle will meet up with the oil cable and throttle cable to the carb. It is possible it isn't working correctly or broken inside this little box allowing it to stick a little inside there.
