So been looking this up and can't find the answer. I'm bout to take my 95 speedster out for the first time and was wondering if it had steering control assist. I need to tune the carbs as I just cleaned them and am wondering if it will do the auto idle up in no wake zones? Thanks in advance. Bill

I don't think you have that on your boat. The easiest way to tell is if you look by your steering assy and by removing your control handle to see if there are throttle cables that run up to it. If you need to idle up in a no wake you have to control that. All this does is help you by automatically adjusting the throttle while turning under low power.

here is the set up for a 98/99 speedster. If you look by part #1 ans 2 you will see the block on the throttle cables with the extra cable pull that hooks up to the steering mechanism.
