Stator oil change and loctite use on bolts

I am planning on changing the oil on my 2000 sportster 1800 stator housing as rec. In the mercury m2 manual. The manual is very specific on using loctite 241 (blue type) on some bolts and loctite 271 (red type) on others when reinstalling. My question and concern is loctite 271 appears to need a lot of force or even heat to remove. Does anyone have experience removing bolts with loctite 271 painted on?

Don't use "red" loctite on anything you'd like to remove without heat. Use the blue!
