Seadoobuddy ... no carbs this is a pair of fuel injected 4Tecs.
OP: You may still have some crappy gas in the fuel system. Do you see any check engine lights? If not GOOD, replace the spark plugs and run it 15 seconds at a time to get the old crap gas outta there, if you have Check Engine lights get them read and post back what codes they are. Make sure the boat is in the lake or on the hose when running to keep coolant and exhaust header cooled.
Post back if you need more help if new plugs don't sort it out.

Sorry for not responding sooner. I changed out the spark plugs and all seemed back to normal. The starboard engine light came on so I immediately turned it off. Waited a few minutes and tried again. No lights. I have taken her out 3 times (4-5 hours each time) and running smooth.
