i have a 1988 seadoo gt and i got it a month ago. I have been trying to start it but whenever i try it makes a grinding clunking noise. The last time it was ridden was in 1999. Im new to jet ski's so i dont know the parts that well, but im smart enough to figure them out. Please help.
I already posted this but i cant find it. Kustom karl also helped me. I got the boot off and if this
is what im supposed to spin counterclockwise then it moves good except for one rough spot. So i took the head off and the pistons were a little dirty. But do i need to take the pistons out to get rid of the rough spot?
