Where does my positive wire from starter connect to, does it have a stand alone solenoid see pic, if so where located,manual not clear, bought ski in pieces

Is the right procedure for checking coil secondary coil, is to check across both plug caps with ohm meter, what should be reading, I killed power to coil for testing
