Starter Sticking On, 1994 GTX

The starter usally sticks on on my 1994 GTX. Push the button and when the button is released, the starter still runs. A while after removing the battery cable I heard a click. Hooked the battery back up, pushed the start button and the starter stuck on again. Do you think the problem is in the solenoid, switch or starter itself?

It might be the switch sticking or the solenoid. If the power is stoped then the starter will stop also.
