So i have a 1996 seadoo gts 587. we got it with a blown motor. replaced it with a new engine, and replaced most electrical issues. it didn’t have spark, i replaced the stator and got spark back, and had miscellaneous electrical issues and just replaced the mpem. it has this issue where when it starts the starter will kickback like it’s supposed to, but it doesn’t stay running, and the starter button stops working, only way to fix this is by pulling the fuse out of the mpem then putting it back. then it works again.
