stalls out when throttling up from idle

hi people,
New problem. Rebuilt carbs with OEM parts it starts and runs fine from 3500 - 4000 rpm up but bogs and stalls a lot when I slowly apply throttle from idle, warm or cold. I'm sure it's just a carb adjustment but just wondering where I should be looking?
