Sputtering around 4000rpm

I pulled my plugs and noticed 2 of them seem to be shiny clean. Port side top plug and starboard side bottom plug.

I checked for spark. OK

I checked compression: 120-125 on all cylinders.

Changed inline fuel filter
Checked fuel pressure valve

I am thinking I may have fuel blockage to the "Clean" plugs.

Any suggestions?

The other 4 plugs look like this one:

None of those plugs are clean. But if it's a sputtering feeling... I would be pointing at an electrical issue. (loosing spark)

SO... put in a set of new plugs, and go for a ride. Then pull them out, and see what they look like.

Dr, these are 6 new plugs, put in last week to try to fix the problem. I'll trace the electrical and see what I find.
