Hey guys,
I just removed my jet pump off of my 97 spx 787 to get at the carbon ring(always water in it)and i noticed that the shaft is pitted where the carbon ring contacts the shaft.
Is this what ate the ring?This is my first experience with seadoos, so is the ring suppose to rattle around on the saft, because mine has a huge amount of play.
Should I be looking for another shaft?
