A lot of water sits trapped in and under the seat creating a squishiness of water when sitting. I looked into pulling the seat up to get the water out but it didn't seem to want to come out easily leaving me to believe there's another way. It looks as if there was styro-foam under it. I didn't want to force it but figured there was a way.

There are drain holes in the fiberglass bucket that it sits in. If you go thru the door on the floor you can remove three stainless steel screws and take the 'hemroid cussion looking saddle" out and the remove the other cushion. I would take a mirror and see if the drain hole is plugged first....just a suggestion.
