p0231 is open circuit fuel pump.
p0616 is starter relay short.
p0600 seems to be a problem in the ECU and maybe the cluster.
p1200 is the TOPS valve.

Thats a lot of problems. The fuel pump, starter relay, and TOPS Valve are the easy problems. The p0600 is a problem I would hate to have to troubleshoot as it looks to be costly. Good luck. Remember when troubleshooting the ECU it switches the grounds, this means the positive voltage is always present with the ground being turned off/on by the ECU.

Can short or open circuit faults be caused by dead battery or low voltage?
Has anyone had issues like this with motor good before storage but has faults after long storage?

I've found that the electrical systems in these boats act wonky with a discharged battery. One sure way to find out, get a good charge on your battery or get a new battery. While your at it, clean the grounds on the engine and look for corrosion in any of the plug/jacks.

down to three faults.
can anyone point me to the most likely grounding fault locations or likely fuses, common fuse or ground wire?

Ground wires, plural, connect to 3 screws at the front of the engine and can get full of corrosion. The fuses are easy enough to check, there are several inline just below the starter solenoid, in the fuse block, and in the VCM behind the dash. I've pulled the entire wiring harness out of my boat chasing a demon and I dont think there is a common ground link between the starter solenoid and the fuel pump other than at the 3 screws on the front of the engine.

grounds look good, replaced 15amp start fuse & fuel pump. fuel pump fuse blown again.
anyone with fuel pump issues.

Usually, the cause of fuel pump problems is the fuel pump itself. Easy enough to check. Unplug he fuel pump and see if the fuse blows.

Update
Pump replaced, no faults and engine cranking. have no fuel at injectors. am i missing something?
a: can you get air lock in fuel line? how to fix?

b: hose connection to fuel pump is a worry, any alternatives for this connection?

Finally got fuel though injectors, looking at the plugs next.
The old fuel gummed up fuel pump, tank and disintegrated the filter, so I assuming the spark plugs are the same.
