I have a seadoo sportster le di 2004 and like all boats it was running awesome! One day I left the bilge pump on by accident and my battery die. So I jump starter with one of those lithium battery kits. After that I noticed that the battery wasn’t charging so I decided to get a new one. After that the boat was running fine til a long bee(2 secs. ) every min. started and it went to a limp mode. I read some posts and figured that my fuel was low as well as my oil. So I went to the gas station and got them full. The boat run well for not so long and the beep came back as well as the limp mode. Then I kept reading posts and I changed the voltage regulator but it didn’t do anything so I decided to take it to the dealer for a computer diagnose. The computer said that I had a fuel sensor fault. So I go home and took the fuel pump out and checked the resistance for the fuel sensor and it was fine. Even when I moved the float, I could see the gauge needle moving up and down. Then I decided to change the ECU and the beep keeps going. After that I changed the temperature sensor by the exhaust and nothing happened. Now I’m in the process of changing the TPS. What is going on with this boat??? Do you have any ideas??
Thank you and will post as soon as I get the TPS changed.

Did more diagnoses and testing and we concluded that it is the stator. I took the whole thing apart and found that two bolts that holds the stator were broken! and the whole stator was loose.

I changed the stator and now the battery is finally charging, before it was not charging and thought I got problem fixed with the beep, but nop, f' beep still there. I also changed both TPS and still no luck. I followed everything the manual said in order to fix the 2 sec beep with a limp mode. Any ideas what should I do next?
