Noticing there is a pool of oil under both engines. Checked the oil pump connections, resevoir connections and all are tight with no indication of leaks. Where else can the oil come from?

Take a hard look at the rubber grommet on the bottom of the oil tank. Could be leaking and the oil is running down the lines.

That's probably worth taking seriously enough to pull the carbs and check the oil injection lines, if those are original and haven't ever been changed they are the first ones to crack and leak, if it's bad enough that will take out the engine(s). You can replace those with 3/32" tygon fuel line and use a stainless steel tie in place of the OEM pinch clamps on the pump and injector nozzle connections. Gives you a good reason to check your throttle cable adjustments and align the oil pump using it's cable adjustment.

Mr. Jesse's suggestion of checking the tank grommet is good advice as well, common source of leaks running down the lines.
