Hey, I am totally out of resources to troubleshoot my problem. I have an 03 sportster 150 4tec. Used it without any problems this season, has a brand new battery. I used it 2 days straight and one week later when I tried to start it, it just cranks. Like there's a fuel issue. All fuses are good including the fuel pump fuse. The fuel pump turns on as it should. The boat does have spark along with brand new spark plugs. I even put some gas in the cylinders and it still just cranks without starting. Please help!

If you have spark... and you put fuel directly into the cyl's... then you have a major problem. I would start with a compression check. You may have lost a cam chain.

I agree,, compression check is next.

Based on your description it can only be a timing issue and or a compression issue or both depending on what failed.

So my boat has been at the dealership since my original post. Latest up date: has spark, compression, fuel pressure, fuel injectors are fine, cam chain is fine, valves are fine, battery is fine, stator is fine. All which means my boat should run and it's not. I was told timing was checked and as of yesterday, they have been on the phone with BRP to troubleshoot. Any other ideas I could give the dealership? I have said from the beginning that it's a timing issue.

Wow it sounds like my old sportster :), however, mines was a 1995. Can you post a video? Well its at the dealer, so maybe not. But if you had a compression test and its good... Im no genius at this but it would lead me back to fuel delivery? However, you used it this whole season? umm.. what was your compression reading?

Based on all that, I agree it should run.
I would ask for the compression numbers and would really want to confirm the timing as well.
