Splitting seats?

Hi, Anybody had a problem with their rear seat backs coming apart at the stitching? My 2007 C180 rear seats have split on both sides as if the top stitching is either crap or the vinyl was fitted too tight. I can get it fixed but just wondered if it was common? Cheers Charlie

My 2007 Utopia 205 had some deteriorating stitching and the vinyl quality wasnt all that good. If you compare the vinyl quality on some of the well known reputable boat brands you'll see the difference in quality as soon as you feel the seats. I do think however that BRP did improve the vinyl for 2009 though.
