Speedster won't accelerate (noob to 2-cycle)

Both engines do this, seems to be after they warmed up, its worse. What to check first? they rev fine on land with no load. Looks like it might be too rich? pulling choke slightly kills it.

Running on the trailer really on't tell you anything other than it runs.
Have you checked the compression? Don't use Harbor Freight testers.

Not on the trailer, I was a scarry distance from the shore.. Do you have a compression tester to reccomend? I'm totally anti Harbor Freight after the jack stand incident..
